The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, just next door to cable car where buses from the airport drops off passengers and tram. There was Barba nearby, offering quick meals.

The setting is MAGNIFICENT and brilliant, short walk to the Old City of Dubrovnik, food, pubs, tours, attractions, boat rides, cable car, and sights, restaurants, and bars. Gornji Kono district deserves to be explored. Make sure you stay in the superior queen room with balcony, the nice view, for instance.
