The lobby area was even more beautiful than the pictures and created a great first impression. The staff provided excellent service from the moment we arrived, with prompt baggage handling and a refreshing welcome drink. The restaurant servers and bartenders were all friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was convenient and had easy access to transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the rooms and the hydrotherapy area, was top-notch.
We encountered some pushy salespeople trying to talk us into joining their clubs, which was not a pleasant experience.
It was challenging to make reservations at the restaurants, even though they were not crowded.

It was in a beautiful and particularly good location adjacent to sea. The booked room was silent and perfect with balcony. The staff and the owner were all pleasant.

Our stay there was such great! Everything was good, pleasant staff, amazing location near to Croatia as well as also city center. We stayed in a queen room which was functional and silent. The place had a quiet atmosphere.
