The stay here was nice with a very convenient and cheap taxi ride into the bustling old town. The hotel's location was stunning, close enough to a taxi, local restaurants, all of which were good and reasonable value and Demar Residence. It also was in a suburb of Zadar.

The restaurant was good and the breakfast was delicious and marvellous with pastries and cereals, for instance. The location was peaceful and perfect: a big supermarket and supermarkets were within walking distance.

The room was luxurious and quiet and what's more - included a spa bathtub and a shower. The hotel was in a peaceful and marvellous location, in a nice residential area. All in all our stay was such wonderful, no reason to complain. Stayed for 5 nights in this charming small and magnificent place, loved that. The room was perfectly clean and updated and provided with Iron, a nice view, for instance. The breakfast was served in the garden. The hotel had indeed an excellent and stunning location to the residence. Dined at Konoba restoran Galeb, it was not very far from the venue.
