Had a such great stay for 7 nights, strongly recommend this place. Clean and the staff was nice and really kind. Loved the location, it was marvellous and fantastic, to the main beach in zadar. Moreover, it was just next door to both big supermarket and bus station, bus terminal, and the seaside.

The facilities in the suite where brand-new, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's location was magnificent, right by beach, old town, bus station and huge supermarket, the centre and a large supermarket.

Absolutely fantastic and delightful place to visit 2 km away from a Roman Catholic church. Exceptional service from the very good, welcoming staff members. Great location, within short walking distance of everywhere. Pretty nice area.

Spent here 1 lovely day and would come here again. I was upgraded to well furnished and top-notch comfort queen room with a loft bed. Refrigerators and glassware were an advantage. The location was perfectly comfortable and incredible for walking around Kolovare Beach. The area was safe short walk to the nearby Kuzina restaurant in the evening.

it was a comfortable hotel, we loved it. in addition, free wi-fi was useful. it took 5 minutes to reach kolovar on foot.
